The Earth is 4.5 billion years old, the Human race a few million, and global warming a few hundred.  Are we to blame for this or is it a natural part of the Earth's cycle?  Either way we can do something about it.  I have come across several events over the past year that attempt to raise peoples awareness of what YOU can do.  These are usually large one off events aimed at making people aware of the small changes that they can make in their day to day activities.  As we all know, it is the small changes that often have the largest impact.

Perhaps one of the best events last year was EarthHour, where all of Sydney switched off their lights for 1 hour (see video below).  Want to know more or take part this year, visit EarthHour.
