Guestbook
I have had a guestbook on my site since almost day one, so "where has the guestbook gone?"
I had a guestbook for two reasons. Firstly at the time guestbook’s were on every site so I was simply following the trend at the time. Secondly I wanted to give people the chance to comment on the site and leave simple messages. This is exactly what happened so why have I removed it?
I removed it because most of the entries were spam; few of the messages were genuine. Secondly, I now have comments and trackback's on the site, which will replace the guestbook. These will allow people to indicate a link to my site or leave short comments. Both are moderated so spam should not appear on the site.
