Book Review: iCon: The Greatest Second Act in the History of Business

"iCon: The Greatest Second Act in the History of Business" is the biography of Steve Jobs, co-founder of Apple. The book is written by Jeffrey Young and William Simon. They closely follow Jobs from childhood to the present, or rather 2005. His connections with others in Silicon Valley are looked at and discussed.

What If: The Civil War

What if: The English Civil War, consisting of three distinct conflicts took place between the Royalist (Cavalier's) and Parliamentarians (Roundheads). The conflict was brought about, partly due to King Charles I wanting to unite England, Ireland and Scotland in to one Kingdom, which Parliament saw as a threat. Problems and differences in opinion between various issues gradually built up until Civil War broke. This conflict saw the creation of the Common Wealth of England followed by the appointment of Oliver Cromwell as the Lord Protector.

Andreas Viklunds Themes

I have already ported several themes to Drupal as well as some of Andreas Viklunds other themes (Andreas02, 1024 and Daleri). This is a set of all the Andreas0X themes (Andreas00 - Andreas09) and comprises of the themes shown at the bottom of this post.

TV/Film Review: Mysterious Cities Of Gold

Anyone who grew up in the eighties will remember the Mysterious Cities of Gold. This is a cartoon series, set in the 16th century, and is centred on three children, Esteban, Zia and Tao. The story is about Esteban searching for one of the seven Cities of Gold in order to find his father. Along the way he makes many friends and enemies including the highly advanced Olmecs and let's not forget the Spanish.

Drupal Themes

I ported Andreas02 (see original authors website) to Drupal in 2007. Since then, a huge amount of people have asked me if I would port other themes by Andreas Viklund over. Well this is now well underway.  Earlier today I released the initial versions of the following themes:
