Site Down and Free PSD conversion

This site and others were down earlier today due to issues with the server that the hosting company quickly rectified. I appologise for any issues this has caused.

I have (re)developed a couple of websites over the last few months/years including Thatcham Online, Thatcham Historical Society, Business Training Solutions and Young's Comemrcials.

All but the Business Training Solutions use off the shelf themes (with a few tweaks!). To be honest I can design sites, but my design skills are rather basic.  What I want to do, eventually, is to have some new layouts/themes for all of them. I am offering a trade exchange. Someone (or more) could design me a website layout on a layered PSD; in return I would convert a PSD for them to XHTML/CSS and advertise their services on this site (and others). There is scope for this to become a permanent arrangement (pos. with pay) depending on how business takes off.
