Book Review: iCon: The Greatest Second Act in the History of Business
"iCon: The Greatest Second Act in the History of Business" is the biography of Steve Jobs, co-founder of Apple. The book is written by Jeffrey Young and William Simon. They closely follow Jobs from childhood to the present, or rather 2005. His connections with others in Silicon Valley are looked at and discussed. The authors do not shy away from the truth and all aspects of Jobs are looked at, his failures as well as his successes. It is clear that the authors have done their homework and portray a Jobs that is both a fine business man, a visionary and someone who will not let anyone stand in his way.A truly fantastic read for anyone who loves Apple or the history of computing.
