Useful: Remember The Milk
Okay, I have mentioned this one before but I find this one so useful, both personally and for business that I could not eresist one more plug for it. Remember The Milk (RTM) is a site/service that allows you to create a task list. The difference here is you can prioritise the tasks, add files to the tasks, set deadlines, add reminders (email and SMS), repeat events, you can even send tasks in by email. The tasks can be made public or kept private and tasks are available as an iCal feed. You can even have multiple people on a single list, which is good for people sharing a single project. Tasks are separated in sections such as work, personal and study.
The basic (free) version is fantastic, although there is a paid for version with more features I know what I need to do, can update the task's and even print a smart looking task list if I know I am not going to have computer and internet access. Google Gears is also used to allow for off-line use. In my opinion, a fantastic and invaluable site/tool.
Thanks to the RTM team for allow me to use their logo in this post.
